Celebrating My Sister is an event to highlight the gifts women bring to ministry and to say "thank you" to women who are active in minsirty. By ministry, we mean women who are are pastors, church mothers, Sunday school teachers, cooks, greeters, administrators, choir directors, ushers ... everything women do to build the church, spread the Gospel, and stregthen the community.

Our first celebration was in 2006. We honored several women at an elegant dinner. We followed-up our 2006 event with a 2007 celebration. As we readied ourselves for our 2008 celebration, we decided to redesign the event and postpone our gathering until a future date. Four years later, in 2012, we are ready to relaunch this event.  We feel it is worth the wait; we hope you do too!
