For as [surely as] the earth brings forth its shoots, and as the garden causes what is sown in it to spring forth, so [surely] the Lord God will cause righteousness and justice and praise to spring forth before all nations [through the self-fulfilling power of His word]. Isaiah 61: 11 AMP

When I read Isaiah 61:11 I am reassured of that God is fully aware of all that is going on in my life (and my world). He knows of the darkness of this world. He knows of the injustice. He knows that the world has seemed to have lost its moral compass. He knows of all the deception. He knows of the lack of love. He knows ... and He has a plan to do something about it.

God is not about to abandoned this world. Yes, there may be wars between nations. Yes, yet another child has been abused. Yes, people whom I had once called friends have turned on me. Yes, my husband's job is threatened. But, God's word said, " the Lord God will cause righteousness and justice and praise to spring forth..." How? Through the self-fulfilling power of His word.

God's word is full of power. So much power that it produces justice, righteousness, and praise. ... no matter where it sewn. In God's word there is a sure answer for every situation. In God's word and through God's word and with God's word; I see that the light always overcomes the darkness. ... when we encounter darkness, we just need to recognize and use the power of His word to turn on the light of peace, praise, and righteousness..
